Budgeting
• Preparation and submission of draft budget deliverables based on established budget calendar and defined budget allocations.
• Analysis and reporting of budget variances on a regular basis
• Initiating necessary steps to reduce or eliminate budgetary slacks.
• Close co-ordination with the budget owners through regular reporting and analytical suggestions

Financial Reporting and analysis

• Preparation and submission of Monthly group consolidated financial statements in accordance with the IFRS
• Preparation and submission of business specific KPI reports and Business Intelligent reports.
• Liaison with the auditors and tax consultants for timely submission of audited financial statements and tax returns to the government authorities
• Co-ordinated with the external financial consultants for the verification of the financial feasibility reports

Financial co-ordination and supervision
• Co-ordinate with the subsidiary accountants and group accountants for the day to day financial transaction processing
• Ensure that deadlines are met by the sub-ordinates and the team for payment processing and collections.
• Act as a point of contact to the subsidiary accountants and group accountant for the resolution of day to day operation related issues
ERP Implementation
• Actively involved with the ERP Implementation consultants in all stages of ERP implementation such as - design, development, testing and go live stages.
• Worked with the implementation consultants for the development of management reports, work flows and FRD

Managing the overall accounting & finance function of the 8 companies under the Wiltongroup (London, Isle of Man, Ireland, Mauritius & Dubai) Preparation & Submission of group consolidated Financial Statements. Managing accountants in Dubai, a team of 5 persons. Weekly, monthly & yearly MIS Reporting. • Preparation & submission of multicurrency (AED, GBP & Euro) standalone financial statements & consolidated financials.
