Budgeting
• Preparation and submission of draft budget deliverables based on established budget calendar and defined budget allocations.
• Analysis and reporting of budget variances on a regular basis
• Initiating necessary steps to reduce or eliminate budgetary slacks.

Financial Reporting and analysis
• Preparation and submission of Monthly group consolidated financial statements in accordance with the IFRS

Financial co-ordination and supervision
• Co-ordinate with the subsidiary accountants and group accountants for the day to day financial transaction processing
• Ensure that deadlines are met by the sub-ordinates and the team for payment processing and collections.
• Act as a point of contact to the subsidiary accountants and group accountant for the resolution of day to day operation related issues
ERP Implementation
• Actively involved with the ERP Implementation consultants in all stages of ERP implementation such as - design, development, testing and go live stages.

Managing the overall accounting & finance function of the 8 companies under the Wiltongroup (London, Isle of Man, Ireland, Mauritius & Dubai) Preparation & Submission of group consolidated Financial Statements.
