RESPONSIBILITY
Billing and Invoicing of On plot/Off plot Mechanical as per field measurement and contract requirements.
Carryout physical verification at site to evaluate the actual value of work done prior to preparation of invoice.
Preparing daily progress report, weekly progress report, Estimate man hours for work change orders (Additional works)
Prepare monthly cash forecast report
Obtain budget quotations from material and equipment vendors, evaluation of costs and preparation of requisitions.
Preparing a cost summary for the entire project, this includes the cost of materials, equipments, labor, taxes, insurance and any other costs affecting the project.
Keep a record of unplanned jobs as well as emergency purchase orders to apply for uplift of unit rates.
Invite quotations from Sub contractors and process their invoices
Coordinating with planning engineers to schedule project costs, resources and quantities as required
Prepares the bill of quantities and costs related to structural and mechanical works.
Coordinates with planning regarding all related planning quantities
Prepares cost estimates of variation orders related to structural and mechanical works.
Prepare project information file from the data available from customer
Estimates quantities and cost of works related to structural / mechanical works for tender documents.
