Present portfolio:
Solely responsible for retail sales and marketing of all the products of the company. Merchandising of the products and handling business volume of AED. 15 million. The position reports to the General Manager, and a group of 24 people reports to this position.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for entire sales cycle for the entire product range in the retail dept of the company comprising of Home Appliances, Electronics.
• Achieving preset target by the management by means of providing high level of customer service standards, thus gaining customer confidence.
• Suggesting killer promotion activities to the Marketing dept in order to drive higher sales.
• Preparing sales Budget to achieve sales target
• Suggest most effective mode of Advertising ( Media) to ensure maximum reach and mileage
• Forecasting the rising demand and suggesting purchase dept to effectively manage Inventory for all the showrooms located in U.AE (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah)
• Motivating, Mentoring, and coaching the sales team.
• Training all sales merchandisers in the company. (Trained till now 30nos)
• Proper Merchandising of the products and also ensuring proper display of the products
• Monitoring dealers on weekly basis on proper merchandise of the products
