• Plant Layout and Design, preparing or interpreting designs, plans, costs and calculations of material in accordance with established standards, drawings and calculation procedures.
• Creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly and 2D drawings for appropriate tools, machines, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing.
• Improve manufacturing processes and equipment by adding advance-manufacturing techniques, working with manufacturing teams to develop and implement system that optimizes final product quality.
• Review, approve, or modify existing equipment designs and develop budgetary plans and estimate manpower.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, maintenance, inspection, operations, and quality groups.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of budget costs, estimates and documentation.
• Technology Implementation: Direct and coordinate on the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of plant equipment and relevant technologies.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards in all projects.
