Project: Ewan Al-Qairawan Project; a project of Commercial 36 Villas. Cost SAR 7m.
Responsibilities:
• Distribute tasks among Engineers and Site Team.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, Designs and technical submittals. Then follow up for approvals.
• Tendering, Contract Reviewing, handing over and Cost Control Reports
• Prepare all required Documents during Mobilization stage such as (Quality Plans, Safety and health Plan).
• Prepare all required communications and corresponding (verbal and documented) Such as Site Memos, Letters and Variation Orders.
• Review Site Reports (Weekly, Flash and Progress)
• Head Coordination, Progress Meetings.
• Fund Transfer Preparations and review.
• Time Scheduling and Financial Managing.
• Prepare a project team working on systematic method to improve our productivity and services in the fastest ways and lowest cost.
• Oversee the daily reports sent by the engineers.
• Head the weekly meetings with the project staff.
• Responsible for the Planning, Project execution and supervision of the work and 13- assuring availability of tools, equipment, material and qualified site personnel.
• Acting as a representative of company management.
• Agreeing project objectives.
• Monitor quality and control of all the electrical and mechanical works at site.
• Monitor procurement, receipt, storage and preservation of all materials.

Project: Remal Residential Compound; a Construction of total 125 units consisting of Recreation Center, Luxury Villas, Town Houses, Apartments, All Service Buildings etc. Cost SAR 23.5m
Responsibilities:
• Design plumbing, firefighting, HVAC systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical submittals.
• Requesting material.
• Execute the shop drawings on the site.
• Distribute tasks among foremen then technicians and labors.
• Follow up for shop drawing, material and inspection approval.
• Preparing Site Reports (Daily, Weekly, Flash and Progress)
• Leading Coordination, Progress Meetings.
• Value-engineering the project by redesign, reselection of material and time scheduling
• Follow up with site safety officer to ensure that works are carried out as per HSE Policy.

Project: Pearl Residential Compound; a Construction of total 260 units of 16 six-story-buildings. Cost SAR 33.5m
Responsibilities:
• Design plumbing, firefighting, HVAC systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical submittals.
• Estimate quantities of projects for quoting it or requesting material.
• Execute the shop drawings on the site.
• Distribute tasks among foremen then technicians and labors.
• Follow up for shop drawing, material and inspection approval.

- Coordinate with the design team assigned to each project.
- Ensure timely submission of technical data, drawings, etc. for approval.
- Prepare Method Statements according to project requirement & specifications that will be reviewed by Quality Manager and approved by Sr. Project Manager.
- Coordinate the efforts of the office based personnel such as design staff and procurement and Production engineers, with each other and with the existing situation on site.
- Review Work Orders before production starts.
- Monitor the construction progress in order to coordinate the Production/Fabrication schedule with the concerned to avoid delay in the installation works.
- Check "Weekly Site Progress Report" and "Weekly Labor Report and ensure that weekly updated reports regarding progress of the project submitted to the operation manager.
- Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedule with SPM and Material Coordinator.
- Prepare and authorize Site Dimension sheets, fabrication orders and mock-up samples requests

the work was concerted on water (raw & sweet) supply network, rain water drain, fire-fighting system and sewage lines. Fixing internal fixtures of bathrooms.
