Plan, manage, coordinate tasks, resources, provide project management on specific projects as well as guidance and support to team and project leaders required for effective project delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Define, jointly with business controlling all project / orders plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
Ensure that Project Execution plan is developed addressing proactive control of project scope, quality, cost and schedule, report on progress, identify deviations, forecast trends, take corrective actions, when necessary, promote communications, and coordinate the activities of all participants on the project.
Apply Project Management best practices in the synchronization and coordination of the development and execution of all requirements, ensuring engineering projects are completed in a timely manner with quality results
Coordinate and manage Sub-Contractors and vendors.
Implement financial controls including controlling authorizations of expenditure and cash flow projections.

Ensure all Contractor personnel receive proper training, care, and access to the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete project and task requirements.
Main work responsibilities include: -
•Preparation of installation drawings hook up drawings for different types of cameras like Fixed/PTZ, Dome, ANPR and various other security devices like card readers, intercoms and Fire Alarm and Gas detection devices.
•Preparation of Layout drawings, shop drawings, Cable schedules, Interconnection drawings and Schematic drawings related to Security systems and Fire Alarm & Gas detection systems.
•Involved in survey of cable routing of Fiber Optic cable connecting between the new Security post building and the existing KOC Asset Security Center (ASCN).
•Guiding the construction team in the installation of CCTV systems such as PTZ/Fixed and Dome camera, Building Intrusion detection system -BIDS (Motion detectors & Panic Alarm button), Access control systems -ACS (Card Readers, Magnetic lock, Door contacts, Break glass unit), Automatic Number Plate Detection system (ANPR) & Intercommunication systems.
•Guiding the construction team in the installation of Fire Alarm Control Panel, Gas Detection Control Panel, Smoke detectors, Heat detectors, Sounder strobes, Manual call points, UVIR detectors, Hydrogen, Toxic and flammable gas detectors.
•Supervising various Subcontract Construction activity.
•Effective reporting of weekly progress and keeping a tab on the activities to check whether it is in line with the planned schedule and if not, preparing a mitigation plan to catch up with the new schedule.
•Essential knowledge about Lenel -On guard Security management system.
•Preparation of Inspection check list notification and verifying whether the installations of the various devices are done as per the approved drawings and KOC standards.
•Preparation of red line markup drawings and documenting the same for the purpose of As-Built drawings.
•Reviewing the SAT procedure documents and preparation of Pre SAT activities and coordinating with the Client and Vendor in successfully completing the SAT.
Main work responsibilities included: -
•Development and Execution of Project execution plan.
•Full accountability for delivering assigned project scope from assess to execute including hand-over to operations and formal closeout.
•Preparing and managing the Kickoff meetings in accordance with project procedures.
•Delivering Goal Zero on assigned projects with focus on HSE, quality and process safety throughout the project lifecycle.
•Manage the execute contractors(engineering/construction) and act as the prime focal point for these contractors for the assigned projects.
•Develop and implement effective progress and budget control reporting.
•Identify, assess and mange project risks following effective risk management plan.
•Develop, share, and incorporate lessons learnt throughout the lifecycle of the project.
•Comply with Quality control and Quality assurance systems to cover the design, implementation, and commissioning phases of projects.
•Checking the MTC, Datasheets, GAD etc. during the Material receiving inspection and raising punches if any.
•Preparation of RFI reports and MRIR reports for the client approval.
•Carry out site survey for Installation of Instruments, Cable laying, Cable Tray and Conduit works, installation of DCS/ESD cabinets at the CCR.
•Inspections of new panels by removing the old panels and connecting the field connections as per the new approved connection list.
•Preparation of the as built drawings and the correction of the existing Loop Wiring Diagram.
•Coordinate technical issues related to engineering design between client and Main contractor.
•Monitor schedule activities to achieve on time results including follow up with external subcontractors and suppliers when required.
•Managing the awarded contracts by ensuring invoicing correctness and payments against proper progress.
•Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output, handover activities and project closeout.

Research companies awarded with contracts in Oil and Gas and create sales leads.
Approach potential clients with solutions as per required in tendering or bidding stage.
Suggest projects in which to participate, establish contacts with decision-making authority, and negotiate contracts.
Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and coordinate with customer with regards to implementation or operations.
Analyze and report on sales, competition, and market trends in the market to cater to client better.
Manage existing Customer Relations as well as build new Customer Relations.
Discover new potential clients in the Construction and Oil Industries.
Make Presentations to potential sales prospects.
Analyze current market trends and keeping tabs on latest Projects awarded
Make follow-up calls to potential & existing customers telephonically & provide complete product/service information to established prospects via email.
Manage Sales & Business Development activities, preparing business plans, credit terms, & prepare sales orders. Present & negotiate rates with clients.
Main work responsibilities included:
•Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities in Power plant.
•Responsible for spare parts management, material tracking and planning, technical evaluation and co-ordination with purchase section, work order management and sending budgetary inquiries to vendors for new instruments
•Assisting in procurement activities by involving in material take off, raise inquiry for getting quotation from supplier, evaluation of the vendor quotation technically, selection of suitable supplier. Necessary follow up for material, inspection and reviewing vendor material test and hazardous area classification certificates.
•Assisting in monitoring the quality of works and safety standards implemented and preparing daily and weekly reports and attending client meetings for reviewing the work progress
•Hands on experience in plant Start-ups and Shutdown.
