Managing day to operation of the region by managing the team ensuring maximum support to clients and there by enhance customer satisfaction index.
People Management:
Managing recruitment, training and selection of technical personnel as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations. Identifying the team’s training & development needs, designing and developing the appropriate training program and afterwards coordinating appropriate internal training programs.
Client Relationship Management
Monitoring the investments made by the clients and providing follow up with the customers and handling customer’ grievances for superior customer service.
Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices through on-time delivery of services and achieve repeated business proposals.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
MIS
Designing and implementing Management Reporting systems with a view to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate critical decision making process.
Conducting analysis to assess prevalent financial & economic environment, identify business risks & implement effective mechanisms to mitigate the same
