Also holds a major share in supplying vehicle mounted products (Fuel Tankers, Vacuum Tankers, Water Tanker Trailers, Auto frames etc.) to local companies and commercial vehicle dealers in Kuwait. Job Responsibilities :
• Promote and market company's standard products i.e Tankers, Trailers, Fuel Storage Tanks, Transport Refrigerated Boxes etc, to local customers and other GCC customers. Follow up with chassis suppliers to take leads for their customers who are purchasing vehicles for commercial body buildings.
• Promote and market Pressure Vessels, Pig Traps, Skid packages and process equipment etc. designed and manufactured by the company to Kuwait and in international market.
• Explore the Local and Middle East Market and keeping track of upcoming Oil and Gas projects, Municipality projects, Construction, Infrastructure projects using Industrial publications like MEED, Ventures onsite, Govt. Official Gazette, Local networks, internet and other useful sources of information.
• Follow up of ongoing and upcoming local projects by KNPC, KOC, PIC, KIPIC, Equate, MEW etc. and requirement of pressure vessels, tankers, trailers, silos etc, Drilling Equipment in those projects.
• Maintaining relations with major Oil & Gas companies in Kuwait, as well as with international EPC companies and with their local agents by conducting personal meetings.
• Generate new inquiries and continuous follow up of new projects.
• Follow up of direct and indirect tenders in local and in international market.
• Support the local and international EPC companies at bid stage by providing our competitive offers in response to their RFQs and to follow closely with the lowest bidder (L 1) companies to receive their firm RFQs and for orders.
• Routine follow up of local tenders issued by KNPC, KOC, PIC, Equate, JO, Government projects etc. and to participate them.
• Review client's RFQs and prepare summary of the technical and commercial requirements and forward them to estimation/ design to estimate the cost.
• Prepare techno commercial offers/ bid documents/ technical documents as per client RFQs.
• Follow up and Submission of online tenders to local/ international companies.
• New customer development and demand projection for new products.
• Prepare prequalification documents and onward submission to clients and to obtain their approval as a qualified vendor.
• Demonstrate our credentials to clients using PowerPoint Presentations, catalogues, brochures etc.
• Register ourselves as approved vendor in major Oil and Gas End Users, Major contractors, Process Licensers, Other Engineering and Process Companies.
• Review purchase orders and Contracts, their general terms & conditions, procurement terms & conditions, and negotiate with clients for the benefit of the company.
• Prepare various monthly and yearly Reports for Management like Sales Histogram, Trend Analysis etc.
• Coordinate and maintain relations with inter functional departments such as manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Estimation department to meet the customer requirement.
• Visit clients for orders and to collect information regarding ongoing projects, etc.
• Visit and Represent the Oil & Gas Exhibitions in the gulf countries.
