• Managing initial interviews by Reviewing job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, arranging in person interview and selecting the best candidate.
• Collecting all the documents of the employees and keeping hard copy and soft copy for company records .
• Once the employee is onboarded, provided orientation program, about company and the reporting manager and other management officials.
• Updating labor law in the Personnel Handbook.
• Taking care of the Compensation and Benefits
• Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll and budget
• Review employee final settlement as compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions.
• Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.

• Managing Employee Relations and Working with senior management to resolve employee relations issues.
• Providing administrative support and managing queries of employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Managing the daily operations of the office, managing suppliers, staff and ordering required its to the office.
• Paying all utility bills related to office (DEWA, RTA SALIK and fines)

Major Duties
• Managing entire recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Supporting the Heads of Department through the entire recruitment process.
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Payroll processing, Leave Salary Calculation, Approval & Payment Coordination. End of Services Calculation, finishing Cancellation formalities with the employees.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Updating of the Original Passports of all employees - Releasing based on approvals and keeping a track of the same.
• Handled confidential employee information, i.e., employee compensation, employee performance issues and benefits data.
• Monitoring the expiry and renewal of the Residence Permits of the Employees.
• Making Letters - Employees Leave Letters, Increment Letters, Salary Certificates, Termination Letter, Warning Letters, Any other Letter as required by the manager.
• Make the necessary and approved changes in the policy and procedure and ensure that they are updated at all times.
• Bank Account Opening, Applying for Medical Insurance .
• Taking care of Employee Concerns or Complains - To resolve in the best possible way in my capacity.
• Attendance Consolidation, new Visa Quota, applying New Visas, trade License Renewal.
• Created filing system (hard and soft copies) of employees details and making sure that it’s been actively maintained and up to date.
• Good experience in assisting PRO in visa processing.
Major Duties
• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements; coordinate with all departments to assist in identifying their staff need.
• Sending periodic report to the HR Manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Responsible for creating reports on expiry and renewal of contract.
• Keeping track on internal policies and procedures and make sure that it's updated and everyone is following.
• With the help of Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Employees Profile, Attendance Tracking, Payroll, Permission Levels are managed.
• Preparing report on training and performance evaluation.
• Managing department correspondence.
• Attending meeting and updating information to the employees.
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment.
• Payroll processing- With the help of HRMS payroll module employees salaries, allowances, pay slips, deductions are created.
• Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
• Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
• Conducting orientation to newly hired employees.
