•• Develop Card Customer Behavior Score Model expected to generate Kd 5.7 Million Revenue.
• Work with Branches and sales channel to develop marketing Campaign for product cross sell, up- sell, and customer retention, track their performance and capture key learning.
• Measure and prepare Scorecard for Branches, sales channel and relationship Managers performance against yearly/ Monthly targets for Cards, Loan and deposit.

• Provide campaign leads for database marketing campaign and Facilitate product cross sell strategy and measure campaign performance.
• Identify customer based on credit policy for product upgrade, credit limit increase, credit limit decrease and blocking card.

Provide key analytics and business tracking tools (Balanced Score Card, Dashboard) for decision making and process improvement.
• Provide portfolio analysis for risk measurement, RAR Calculation, Pricing, Profitability, strategic planning and segmentation.
• Create monthly MIS report/analytics and product segment report for various retail banking products like CA, SA, Credit Card, Investment, SME, personal loan, distribution channel and priority banking etc at Business Intelligence Unit, Retail Banking Group for UAE and Qatar.
• Provide BTL campaign leads for database marketing campaign, Facilitate product cross sell strategy and measure campaign performance.
• Design Database model, improve data quality, data integrity and process for Monthly Data Refresh Process.
• I got promotion from pay Grade H to I on Jul-2009.
• Work on a project of Business Process Management System (BPMS) for Credit Card/ Personal Loan/Current Account & Saving Account at Quality Team, Mashreq Bank, Dubai.
I Passed CFA Level 2 Exam.
