Preparation of submittals for Authorities (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, Du, RTA) Approvals. Attending Site Progress Meeting and Coordination with Clients, Consultant, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors during construction. Preparation of electrical Shop & As Built drawings, project schedule, reviews Contract Drawings and Project specifications. Involved in the Authorities Application submission includes LV Inspection & HV Inspection, HV Substation Room & LV Schematics and Load Schedule Approval Reporting to the Project Manager for the latest updating on the drawing submissions, Daily Reports, monthly reports, Material status etc. with respect to running project. Prepare projects material submittals, method statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant and client. Prepare BOQ and to procure material as per site condition and coordinate with supplier. Prepare subcontracts bills and work allocation for as per contractual documents. Maintained effective working relationship with contractors, consultants, client, vendors, outside agencies and other staffs. Prepare coordination drawing as per site condition with MEP services

In charge of Non Processing plant services buildings like Archieve Building, General Service, & main work shop, Refinery Gate for ELV Systems like Fire & Gas Detection system, Structured Cabling System, Public Address System, Personnel Access Control System, CCTV system, SMATV System and BMS System.
Instrumental in understanding ADDC standards & implementing them accordingly.
Continuously monitor and improve the deployments.
Planning and coordinating site activities including installation, testing and commissioning as per scope of works.
Attending the Inspections with the third party inspectors for the installation works.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Assisting in Preparation of Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Load Schedule and Material Submittals.
➢ Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical Equipments
➢ Getting the approvals for the materials to be used and shop drawing approval.
➢ Preparation of quotations, agreements and running bills of concerned projects
➢ Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimation.
➢ Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
➢ Supervision of team of Site-Engineers, Supervisors & Technicians at site.
➢ Supervision of Erection, testing & commissioning of HT substations, HT & LT Panels.
➢ Supervision Project construction and monitoring of all Electrical activities consists of Electrical wiring & Installation of Low Voltage system and Low current System (Telephone, CCTV, CATV, Fire Alarm, and Audio Intercom), Cabling & Termination, Panel Board Erection, Testing & Commissioning. Applied International Standards.
➢ Complete Project Control for Execution & Commissioning with the co-ordination of Client & Consultant.
➢ Preparation of the variations and clarifying with the consultant/client and getting the approval at the same time
➢ Following the DEWAs activities like, shop drawing approval, project estimation, site inspection, renewal of NOCs and conducting the site inspection from DEWA after completing the project
➢ Having Knowledge about all Electrical Systems like Power, Lighting, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address System, Dimming and Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, Central Battery System, Structural Cabling System, Lightning Protection and Building Management System etc.
➢ Visual checking of the Delivered material to the make and Quality requested
➢ Preparation of method of statements
➢ Supervision of Substation erection 11kv and 33kv, Transformers and HT & LT Panels Errection.
➢ Installation and commissioning of PCC and MCC Panels.
➢ Installation and commissioning of Bus duct.
➢ Preparing Technical Drawings/ Wiring Drawings/ Field Termination Charts/ Installation Procedures and Documents based on the functional specification and site requirements.
➢ Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
➢ Assisting in preparation of Electrical layouts, Switchgear room layout, control room layout & plant cable trench layout.
➢ Preparation of Cable schedule & cable routing diagrams
