Job Responsibilities:
• Creating a complete Refrigeration system Designs for the Commercial Beverage Upright Chillers & Freezers, Water Coolers, SS Kitchen Equipment and Truck Refrigeration Systems.
• Responsible for handling new projects by generating new ideas, submitting new concepts.
• Develop 3D model using Solidworks, Design calculations, Simulations and handling design related documents.
• Design and Development of Static and Dynamic type Heat Exchangers (Condenser and Evaporator).
• Follow the industrial Standards in Tool and Material Selection.
• Generating 2D Detail drawing for Manufacturing (DFM) with GD&T Standards using AutoCAD.
• Preparation of BOQ / Part code for the new products.
• Upgrading the design, performance and efficiency of existing products for cost reduction and Production Increment.
• Evaluate Sample and prepare Sample Evaluation Report (SER) for new samples with comparison of manufacturing drawing.
• Optimize and Nesting of SheetMetal parts calculation for reducing the raw material wastage.
• Prepare DXF files for designed sheet metal components to process in CNC machine.
• To ensure the fabricated parts with the drawing to match the specifications.
• Prepare working instruction manual for the newly developed projects.
• Solving Problems in the Shop Floor by working closely with production team involved in Machining, Fabrication & Assembly.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and development of Refrigeration system for Chest Freezers, Ice Cream Freezers/ Conservators, Upright Coolers, Ice Cream Scooping Freezers.
• Development of 3D models using SolidWorks and development of 2D models using Draftsight.
• SheetMetal Design, Plastic Parts Design and 2D Drawing creation through SolidWorks.
• Creation of CAD Models, Manufacturing drawings, Design calculations and related design documents.
• To develop prototype from 3D design and analyse the deviations before taking any samples.
• To check the Bill of Material (Material Take Off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget.
• To co-ordinate with production team to get a sample to the customs requirements.
• To procure sample from local and import suppliers.
• Preparation of Sample Evaluation Report (SER) for new components or vendor changed components.
• To get approval for the sample to make a pilot lot production.
• To generate a new part code in GP for new developed products.
• To ensure the Correction and Modification in design related documents.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer production plan(Monthly, Weekly & Daily).
• Making of daily inhouse production and dispatch plan.
• Checking on in house production status at shift end.
• Ensuring no line stoppage at customer end
• Preparing procurement plan for new projects.
• Coordinate with purchase team for critical part requirement.
• Training to operators on process & product.
• New man power training & development upgrading.
• Follow up on ERP register for production & sales.
• Corrective action report for inprocess QIR.
• Maintain the document of Daily production and actual Records.
• To Ensure 3C & 5’s & Safety Activities with my Team Members.
Projects:- Mini Project :Design And Fabrication Of Hand Operated Riveting Machine. Description :- Hand operated riveting machine is an innovative project which can be used in all domestic applications in which less specific input power is needed to operate. It consists of a spring arrangement with the hammer. And it is based on crank and lever mechanisms. When the hand lever is rotated manually the power is transmitted through the cam- shaft to reach the hammer .The rotary motion is transmitted to the cam and the cam is converted rotary into reciprocating motion to the hammer. Major Project: Optimization Of Process Input Parameter Of Drilling Operation On Mg AZ91B Description :- This project mainly concentrated about the drilling experiments were carried out on Magnesium AZ91B using Solid carbide and High speed steel. The parameters considered are cutting speed and feed. The parameters considered are thrust force, torque, machining time, entry burr height, exit burr height, entry burr thickness, exit burr thickness, Ovality and surface roughness. The experiment carried out on vertical milling machine.
