† Identifying and networking with above leads to generate new customer accounts.

† Studying BOQ and specifications to inform Management, co-ordinate with Design and Estimation Team.

† Studying & Comparing Contract terms, tenders and Qualifying tenders.

† Conducting Technical and Commercial Negotiations with clients / Contractors to ensure a clean and clear secured project

† Deftness in swiftly wrapping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverable's within set cost parameters.

† Drive company sales goals and profitability

† Support the Inside and Outside Sales organization by providing technical support and application information’s.

Understanding on design codes & standards- ASHRAE, AHRI, EUROVENT etc

Evaluation and Comparison of different brands with reference to consultant's schedule and specifications.

Review and check Compliance Statement, Comparison Schedule and Submittal
