† Identifying and networking with above leads to generate new customer accounts.
† Studying BOQ and specifications to inform Management, co-ordinate with Design and Estimation Team.
† Studying & Comparing Contract terms, tenders and Qualifying tenders.
† Conducting Technical and Commercial Negotiations with clients / Contractors to ensure a clean and clear secured project
† Deftness in swiftly wrapping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverable's within set cost parameters.
† Drive company sales goals and profitability
† Support the Inside and Outside Sales organization by providing technical support and application information’s.
† Seek new business opportunities by responding to new customer’s inquiries and the marketing of products and services.

Design and application engineering of Package Units, VRF Units, Ducted Split Units, Decorative Split Units, Fan Coil Units and Fresh Air Handling Units
Regular follow up with the Clients & Consultants regarding the project status.
Understanding on design codes & standards- ASHRAE, AHRI, EUROVENT etc
Support sales team to secure jobs by facilitating consultant approvals and negotiations and create standard works to monitor these markets with intention to improve the business model
Evaluation and Comparison of different brands with reference to consultant's schedule and specifications.
Review and check Compliance Statement, Comparison Schedule and Submittal
