 Working as Client representative on Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ3) project.
 Reviewing contractors HSE documents such as HSE Plans, CEMP, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements etc and ensuring its implantation on site.
 Developing and maintaining internal HSE management system for Egis in QEZ 3 project which include Plans, Procedures, Risk Assessments, Forms, Checklists, Registers etc.
 HSEMS Action Plan developed and implemented (40 HSEMS Elements) in compliance with Legal and Other requirements.
 Reviewed client HSEMS documents which include HSE Manual, Policy, COPs, SOPs, and Forms.
 Reviewing pre-qualification technical submittals and tender documents for new construction packages in QEZ 3.
 Screening CVs of HSE personnel and participate the interview panel for the selection contractors HSE Mangers, Dy.HSE Managers, HSE Engineers etc.
 Drafting HSE letters for the review of Senior Resident Engineers for particular construction packages as required.
 Undertaking internal audit on Egis (QEZ 3 and other egis projects) and 2nd party audits on contractors based on ISO/OHSAS, contractual and QCS 2014 requirements.
 Thorough knowledge on Qatar legal requirements such as QCS 2014, labor law, traffic law, environmental law etc. maintaining legal register and adherence its compliance on site.
 Coordinating with all construction packages to get HSE data and statistics. (i.e weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE reports)
 Undertaking regular HSE inspections on contractors sites to ensure that the HSE rules and regulations are being adhered to. Participating senior management HSE inspections and meetings consequently prepare and distribute MoMs and reports for the same and follow-up.
 Conducting training including induction training to all client and Egis staffs. Preparing and distributing HSE alerts on monthly basis.
 Conducting health and welfare inspection on behalf of the Client.
 Initiating emergency evacuation drills in site office and prepares reports for the same.
 Issuing Nonconformance Report (NCR) and penalty deduction to contractors for continues con-compliance.
 Giving HSE feedbacks in weekly progress meeting and Egis internal report for construction packages.
 Preparing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly HSE performance report client submission.
 Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the HSE management system and progress against the company HSE Performance Standards. Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
 Reviewing accident/ incident investigation reports, identify any trends and ensure that there is an appropriate response to prevent future recurrence. Conduct accident/ incident investigation and prepare reports as required.

• Guide the formation of HSE Site Policy, Objectives and Targets; Draft Manual, Work Instructions, Procedures and Formats relating to Safety Management System (SMS); Managing the overall effectiveness of the HSE Management System through a working HSE Committee; Periodical review of risk assessments & making changes as per changing conditions; Conducting Aspect/Impact Study, Hazard/Risk Analysis and identifying significant ones by evaluating and deriving control methods; Recommend Continual Improvements in the objectives and targets found in the HSE Management Program; Ensure compliance of HSE Legal Requirements.
• Prepare monthly Site HSE Narrative Reports; Update HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Statistics; Preparing and summarize all reports from HSE committee members and reported to HSE Manager.
• Promote Safe Working Systems and procedures. Monitor and advise on proper application of “Permit to Work” System; Advise Site Management Staff to eliminate unsafe act & unsafe conditions at site conditions; Arrange and preside HSE Weekly and Monthly Meetings with HSE Subcontractors and Consultants; Implement, monitor and follow-up the HSE Plans, Policies, Objectives and Targets at Work Site; Responsible for the entire implementation, enforcement and monitoring the compliance of Health, Safety & Environment matters; Carry out walkthroughs and identifying unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and recommending corrective actions to prevent the unsafe condition recurrence; Conduct internal audits and guide for “Non-Conformance” (NC) closures; Provide/Issue adequate Personnel Protective Equipment as required for the subcontract works.
• Assist the Incident Investigation Team to investigate the status, causes of any incident, and assist to establish measures to prevent incident recurrence; Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly recorded according to the Accident and Incident report form.
• Establish HSE Training Programs; Conduct Mock Drills and take corrective actions for the observations made during mock drill.

• Confined Space Safety Assessor; Emergency Response Team; First Aider.
• Manage all safety coordination works at site; Identify, recommend, report, implement and assess safe work practices at the work sites; Plan and carry out detailed safety inspection of facilities, and equipment; Conduct monthly site safety inspections with safety committee members; Ensure the Permit to Work System is implemented; Approve and issue Work Permits in the work areas under my supervision. Ensure the Permit to Work System is implemented; Approve and issue Work Permits in the work areas under my supervision; Ensure compliance of sub-contractors to applicable client’s requirements and procedure; Inspect workplaces to ensure equipment, materials, and production processes do not present a safety and health hazard; Participate in safety officers walk through at project site (as required by the client); Monitor and ensure good housekeeping practices; Investigate health and safety related complaints.
• Maintaining HSE records and updating HSE statics; Conduct safety orientation for new employees; Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective / preventive actions; Submit daily observations, descriptions and reports to HSE manager; Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

• Manage all safety coordination works at site; Assist with safety program implementation to include: training, conduct routine site walkthroughs and safety committee participation; Participating in safety officers walk through at project site (As required by the client); Implementation of client safety rules and equipment related to the project site; Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective / preventive action; Identify, recommend, report, implement and assess safe work practices at the work sites; Ensure that all high risk works are covered by Permits to Work and that these are being reviewed to prevent incompatible works; Ensure all incidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and near misses are reported with due diligence.
• Conduct awareness training and precautionary method for the personnel in the carpentry shop, fabrication yard, construction site, crane, heavy equipment air compressors, heavy plant vehicle, forklift trucks and other hazard area; Ensure all lifting operations follow safe lifting procedures and observe lifting checklists; Inspection of working on high elevation, fall protection, scaffolding; Monthly fire extinguishers inspection; Check suitable and quality of personal protective equipments; Be fully familiar with the project emergency procedure and ensure that the same is fully conveyed to site employees; Monitor and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.
• Submit weekly/monthly safety reports to Management for review and record purposes.
