 Working as Client representative on Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ3) project.
 Reviewing contractors HSE documents such as HSE Plans, CEMP, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements etc and ensuring its implantation on site.
 Developing and maintaining internal HSE management system for Egis in QEZ 3 project which include Plans, Procedures, Risk Assessments, Forms, Checklists, Registers etc.
 HSEMS Action Plan developed and implemented (40 HSEMS Elements) in compliance with Legal and Other requirements.
 Reviewed client HSEMS documents which include HSE Manual, Policy, COPs, SOPs, and Forms.
 Reviewing pre-qualification technical submittals and tender documents for new construction packages in QEZ 3.
 Screening CVs of HSE personnel and participate the interview panel for the selection contractors HSE Mangers, Dy.HSE Managers, HSE Engineers etc.
 Drafting HSE letters for the review of Senior Resident Engineers for particular construction packages as required.
 Undertaking internal audit on Egis (QEZ 3 and other egis projects) and 2nd party audits on contractors based on ISO/OHSAS, contractual and QCS 2014 requirements.
 Thorough knowledge on Qatar legal requirements such as QCS 2014, labor law, traffic law, environmental law etc. maintaining legal register and adherence its compliance on site.
 Coordinating with all construction packages to get HSE data and statistics. (i.e weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE reports)
 Undertaking regular HSE inspections on contractors sites to ensure that the HSE rules and regulations are being adhered to. Participating senior management HSE inspections and meetings consequently prepare and distribute MoMs and reports for the same and follow-up.
 Conducting training including induction training to all client and Egis staffs. Preparing and distributing HSE alerts on monthly basis.
 Conducting health and welfare inspection on behalf of the Client.
 Initiating emergency evacuation drills in site office and prepares reports for the same.
 Issuing Nonconformance Report (NCR) and penalty deduction to contractors for continues con-compliance.
 Giving HSE feedbacks in weekly progress meeting and Egis internal report for construction packages.
 Preparing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly HSE performance report client submission.
 Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the HSE management system and progress against the company HSE Performance Standards. Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
 Reviewing accident/ incident investigation reports, identify any trends and ensure that there is an appropriate response to prevent future recurrence. Conduct accident/ incident investigation and prepare reports as required.
