I have more than 28 years of overall experience in Survey Engineering / Construction works in various location in Nepal, Qatar & UAE . I have successfully completed major role and responsibilities for surveying works as a key personnel in many Roads, Bridge, Tunnels, Buildings projects etc. as a Professional Senior Land Surveyor. During this period I have been provided best services and I believe that all Clients, Related Authorities, Contractors, Stake holders are satisfied with my performance. Modern Surveying Instruments like as GPS, TOTAL STATIONS & AUTOMATIC LEVEL MACHINES, etc. are used in various project to carry out the Surveying works.

My major role and responsibility for this project

• Checking and verifying Survey Control Points at Site. Approx 20 Km Perimeter project site.
• Checking and verifying Verious Survey Instruments calibration certificates Instrument testion on site to ensure the accuracy of site works.
• Assigning, managing Land surveyors for inspection for verious work activities as per the site requirements.
• Closely monitoring, checking inspecting contractor's work activities and motivating to contractor to accelerate the work on site to complete the project on time with best quality
• Attending technical meeting and providing needful information, ideas on the concern agenda matters.
• Co-ordinating with Clients verious Contractors concern authorities to solve the site issue and assist to create good working environment to achieve the progress milestone and project completion on time with best quality
• Checking shop drawings, As-built record drawing for the verious works activities.
• Checking verifying work executed quantities on time to time.for record up-dating.
• Checking Contractor's Progress Payment Certificate and ensuring that claimed quantities on the line of site execution as per the approved ITRs.
• Recording safety observation and reporting to HSE Department the same and keeping safe myself as well as advising to others to have a safe working always

My major role for the Package 9

• Checking Survey Control points for 25 km. long (Hameem Roundabout to Shah Gas Plant), 20 Km. internal Gas Plant Roads and 15 km. ADCO Road .
• Checking and inspecting topographical Survey and related cross-section.
• Checking Earthworks level and location and verifying cut/ fill areas, volume calculation based on Survey and cross-section data
• Checking and Supervising for Road works Formation, Sub-grade, Sub-base, Base course and wearing course layers levels and locations as per applicable standard specification.
• Checking the location of Road Markings, Traffic Sign posts, Street Lighting foundation and all road related street furniture as per approved plans and specification.
• Checking Road crossing ducts locations and levels for various underground utilities.
• Checking and supervising Culverts construction in ADCO road.

My major role for the Package 10

• Checking all Survey Instruments Calibration status those using in Site Survey works.
• Checking and verifying Survey Control Points all around the Package 10 areas.
• Survey supervising for all 14 nos. Non Processing Building including Administration Building, Restaurant, Fuel Station, Main Warehouse, Chemical Ware house, Work shop, Safety shutdown, Main Entry Reception, Gatehouses etc.
• \]Clash studies for all underground existing and proposed utilities and clashes reporting to Engineering with suitable solution to avoid further clashes in site.
• Co-ordinating with others EPC contractor’s Surveyors and sharing common control points to tie the Package 10 works with others EPC works.
• Reviewing Structural, Architectural & Infra-Structural Drawings to avoid the further discrepancy.
• Checking and reviewing contractor’s proposal shop drawings for Site design Modification as per Project specification and site requirements.
• Checking Geometry of all internal roads and tie to permanent building structure. Some mismatches were found then reported to Engineering Team on time with suitable solution with including vertical and horizontal curves data.
• Co-ordinating with Clients, related Authorities Contractors to complete the work with high qualities with in contract period.
• Reporting various Safety observations to Safety Manager for safe and unsafe condition and helping to establish Safe culture and Environment in Site.

Work consist of supervision of the following.

• Providing needful survey data & supervising construction of roadway embankment, widening, re-construction of roadways, new asphalt work, milling and overlay.
• Survey checking and supervision for Construction of bridge, tunnels, piers, abutments and wing/retaining walls as follows.
A. Al Salam st. tunnel at IP-44 consist of combination of a cast in place/precast concrete deck slab that is over I-Girders and the uncovered portion of the underpass is a cast in place concrete base slab and retaining walls. Tension piles are used along the tunnel.

B. Haza Bin Zayedst. bridge structure over Al Salam st. (230 m.) is constructed as a post tensioned, cast in place concrete box girder. The sub-structures consist of cast in place, reinforced concrete piers, abutments, and short wing walls. The foundation of these sub-structures is support on 1200mm. diameter cast in place concrete piles. The retaining walls consist of Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls.

C. Al Salam st. tunnel at the Sea palace consist of cast in place concrete close box type with solid deck slab and the uncovered portion of the underpass is a cast in place concrete base slab and retaining walls. Tension piles are used along the tunnel.

D. Ramp tunnel at the Sea Palace consist of a cast in place consist of a cast in place concrete solid deck slab sub-structure for the underpass is a cast in place concrete base slab and retaining walls.

• Checking alignment, levels and supervising for storm water drainage system, an outfall structure, storm water reservoirs and lifting stations.

• Surveying work for relocation and protection of utilities (water pipelines telephone lines, military communication lines, irrigation sewer, cables) etc.
• Checking alignments, levels verticality for lighting system, removals of existing traffic signals and re-installation of new traffic signal system and installation of Guides/ Regulatory/ warning/ special signs etc.

• Checking shop drawings and as-built record drawings by manual calculation and using by Autocad both.

General Surveying work under supervision of General Survey Department Government of Qatar.
Land demarcation, land adjustments, land division, sub- division, Land acquisition and preparing legal documents like as land ownership certificates drawings and submit to the survey departments for approval etc.
Dealing with clients and co-odinating with General Survey Dept.
Monitoring and survey team managements as well.
