 I formulated the policies & procedures based on the HR practices to streamline the HR process across the organization. The polices formulated are related to Recruitment, Leaves, HR letters, End of Contracts & Business Travel. These policies helped the company in getting the ISO certification.

Ensuring timely submission of ESIC and PF Returns.
Timely payment of professional tax and labor welfare fund.
• EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Analyze and identify employee performance, behaviour and motivate them with appropriate recognition and rewards.
Ensure that the Grievance Management Process is monitored with regard to accommodation, working hours & environment, uniform, identity cards, salary discrepancies, ESIC etc and brought to closure with high resolution rate.
Educate employees on their eligible benefits and ensure they are rightly acquired.
