• Turned the plant into profit centre by initiating manufacturing and trading of food products in order to utilize the 50% unutilized capacity of the food processing plant and bakery
• Reorganized warehouse to implement SAP WM module and attained large saving in wastage
• Led due diligence of one of the overseas operations, planned exit strategy and managed execution
