o A cluster in Virtual Infrastructure and enabling HA and DRS feature
o vSwithces and Port groups for the ESX Servers
o New Virtual machines and Standalone Servers by installing all VMware tools per customer's request
• Refreshing ESX Storage and Rescan storage adapter for the newly added VMFS data stores
• Primary objective is to resolve all customer and client issues during the first contact by leveraging all available tools and resources and to ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered.
• Responsibility is to Interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve their issues Ensure customer satisfaction for all services rendered understand the problem and classify based on the type and severity Troubleshoot and resolve if it is within the scope.
• MAYA is the primary tool used for 3D animation films, ensure MAYA must be installed at all the systems.
• Proper RAM & Storage should be properly configured and it should be up and running.
