Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives
Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met
Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project
Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources
Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers and coordinate their schedules
Process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition
Maintain and update and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes other requirement.
Leadership to ensure effective utilization of daily plant Operations of the manufacturing, maintenance, Technical support and following Quality measures.
Employees, Production and efficiency of people and machines, to make plant running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safety.
Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements
Develop the plant strategies, and future plans.
Develop and create coordination between all plant operations within company.
Maintain a clean and safe plant work environment.
Develop, Implement and follow up all the policies and procedures related to the plant functions.
Proper plant budget and profit & Loss Reports.
Continuously work on cost saving measures and for new development.
Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality.
Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals.
Experience in functions and Abilities as Production, System Implementation, machinery, processing, and packaging departments Business Management, and Process Improvement in leading success.
Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
Ensure strong Coordination and flow of information among the production, maintenance, QA&QC, R&D, Design, Lab, Purchasing and Sales.
One of the RAK Ceramics Group of Companies like Iran and India also has Process of Plant Operations having an experience as a Project Leader of Operations.
Having Production Analysis and Planning with the Employee Performance Management.
