• Managing Project servers, Domain controller, Software Machine, Access Control System, Documenting the project server’s configurations and supports info.
• Designing and Implementing servers(such as server Hardware, OS and Hardening) in Data Centre
• Managing DHCP server and provide network access to computer, other device.
• Managing user account and providing share and security level permission.
• File and print server administration.
• File server Backup and restore DATA with cobian backup tool and reviewing server logs for potential issues
• Troubleshooting file server issues
• Performing data encryption protection using Bitlocker and True crypt.
• Install Configure & Manage Apache tomcat server and deployed the war file.
• Troubleshooting in basic level of networking to identify the issue
• Implemented security policy and virus protection.
• Installing and configuring applications, based on user requirements.
• Providing on call support for production environment
• Day-to-day support on Windows Server and backup/restoration; job entailed frequent visit to Data Center, due to the nature of the work.
• Monitoring and updating Tickets (issues) through Incident management system, based on ITIL Process.
