Currently associated with Dubai Natural Gas Company (ENOC Group) as Lead Instrument Engineer from Jun 2017. Hands on Engineering, Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with all types of Field Instrumentation, Honeywell DCS (Experion and TPS), Modicon Quantum ESD PLC, HIMA ESD PLC, Allen Bradley RS Logix5000 PLC, CCC Compressor Antisurge Control System S3++, Bently Nevada 3500 VMS, System1, Boiler controls, Gas Turbine Controls, Combustion Control, Woodward Governor 505 for Steam Driven Turbine Controls, Yamatake Harmonas DEO DCS, Wonderware InTouch HMI, Tank Gauging Radar & Servo Level measurement, Online Process Gas Chromatographs from Yokogawa and ABB, Plant online analyzers and others. Also, active contributor in HAZOP & SIL studies, troubleshooting in plant instrument issues and trips, Plant instrumentation modification to minimize plant trips due to instrument failures, upgrade of all types of obsolete systems and devices etc

• Handled instrumentation engineering, maintenance support and project coordination for oil & gas facilities, ensuring compliance with company
standards and safe work practices.
• Supported control system, field instrument, control valve and safety system troubleshooting, reliability improvement and shutdown/startup activities.
• Reviewed technical documents, vendor data and engineering deliverables and coordinated with operations, maintenance and contractor teams for site
execution.

• Provided instrumentation and control engineering support for major oil & gas/refinery operations, covering plant reliability, maintenance, projects and
commissioning.
• Worked with DCS/PLC systems, field instruments, analyzers, control valves, ESD/SIS interfaces and package equipment in a high-compliance
environment.
• Supported technical troubleshooting, work planning, vendor coordination, FAT/SAT, site acceptance and commissioning activities.

Responsible for Instrument Maintenance of Captive power plant and Utilities Notable highlights: -Successful Commissioning of Yokogawa CS3000 DCS in Co-Generation Plant without the aid of any Consulting agency. The job involved preparation of basic & detailed engineering of the control systems, Specifications, Instrument index, cable schedule & interconnection diagrams, graphics, Logic /control loop diagrams, control philosophy, plant start-up & shutdown logics, safety aspects of Instruments, FAT, SAT etc. -Commissioning of Cimplicity package based HMI for operation/ monitoring of 2X30 MW Gas Turbine. -Commissioning of Honeywell make SCADA based (EXPERION PKS) HMI for operation/ monitoring of Effluent treatment plant and related PLC logics. -Active role in preparation of Instrument Database for implementation of SAP R3 Module in the company. -Active role from Instrumentation Department perspective in achievement of ISO 9001, IS014001 & ISO 18001
