• Support manufacturing warehouse departments with maintenance and/or construction projects
•Review spend on contracts, services, equipment, materials and supplies, and look for opportunities to leverage business reduce cost in all areas of responsibility
•Supervise maintenance team

•Managing and administering 300+ Infrastructure servers which include Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers and Lync Servers
•Managing Active Directory Objects
•Responsible for Incident Management and 24*7 Support
•Troubleshooting Outlook client and Users Active Directory account issues.
•Troubleshooting Lync Client Issues and Voice Quality Issues
•Manage DNS and DHCP Requests and Incidents
•Provide support in KTLO Projects (Server Builds, RBOS, SEP Upgrade etc)
•Participate in projects such as Exchange 2013 (Mailbox Movement, Public Folder Replication)
•Monitor the Server Infrastructure Using Microsoft SCOM and do the triage of the Critical and Warning Alerts
