Recovery the Stb from the customer if not ready to recharge and update the reason for churn to TSM
Co-ordination with BSNL team for technical related copper and DSLAM Related issues.
Co-ordination with NOC Broadcast centre and Bangalore BSNL NOC team for STB Related and IPTV MPLS related Issues.
Handling customer's freezing related issues and find out the root cause and resolution
Maintaining CAF to IR and MTD Fault % in Installation and MTTR, SLA and repeat fault in Fault Repair Activity with the help of Tertiary Manager.
Inter functional co-ordination between Sales, CSD team.
Co-ordinating with BSNL transmission team for Power Level, Ring Down and Tier 2 Issues.
