General

Warehousing Management/ Materials Management:

• Carrying out warehouse management of various products including operations budgeting, planning & execution, packaging, space management and preparing warehousing manuals.
• Ensuring the proper storage of material & carrying out physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitoring the tracking system implemented from order processing till delivery to maintain the targets of the company.

Inventory Management:

 Conducting Inventory analysis, A/B/C, vendor rating and development with regular inventory verification of stock items
 Governing the inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage
 Managing a Warehouse of 14, 000 line items.
 Coordinating with sales team for the sale of old / slow / nonmoving products to improve the cash flow of the company

Technology developments:

 Implemented automated warehousing and logistics tracking system.
 Implemented a monitoring system from order processing till delivery and close monitoring the same and finding ways to reduce the processing time to support customers.
 Survey portal integrated with the automated delivery system to get the feedback from customers to provide hassle free experience.

Accomplishments
• Maintaining the Warehouse with the stock level accuracy of 99.9% for a 27 million worth stock of 14, 000 line items.
• Efficiently centralized scattered warehouses thereby reducing the expenses in storage and transportation.
• Designed and executed a central warehousing/logistics system
• Actively represented Inventory department for up gradation of SERA ERP
