This project belongs to INDU PROJECTS and was around 65 acres of land for Development Township, in that 400 Independent duplex houses and 10 acres of land in that 6 towers each 14 floors, complete 10acres Stilt Floor is EDECK slab. And INDU LIG buildings around 6 block each 6 floors. We were dealing with all the structural elements like footings, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls etc.

It single tower with 18 floors at Cyberabad. Hi-tech city Hyderabad. From Past 12 months. I involved in detailing of all the structural elements like footings, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls etc. in this project. It has a Swimming pool in roof level.
Responsibilities: • Study the Architectural drawings and Involved in activities of detailing, coordinating and checking of structural elements, Allotting work to our team members

Brief Description & Scope of work: Project Name & Location: ISOLADANA project: (Doha, Qatar)
This is a one artificial Island in doha, Qatar. In this whole Island they developed a Luxury Villa it consists Main House Building, Majlis Building, Clubhouse Building, Service, Marine, 2 big Swimming pools, Technical and Guard rooms which is in 13390sqm area. Main Building is B+G+2 Floors. Architecture of this building is very Different and Iconic look.
In this project my role was to Preparation of Structural Modeling, general arrangement drawings and schedules by using Revit Structures and coordinating with other disciplines like MEP. This is very challenging project for me because the structures of this project have curved, elliptical and slanted walls, slabs, Columns, Beams and openings. It is a very good and different experience for me to work on this kind of project in Revit.

The Following Villas are Luxury Villas in Pear Qatar. Each has Different shapes and areas. In this My role was to preparation of Structural Modeling, General arrangement drawings and scheduling by using Revit Structures and coordinating with other disciplines like MEP.

This is a Residential apartment which is 3B+G+M+10 floors. Area of this building is 552 sqm. My role was to preparation of Structural Modeling, General arrangement drawings and scheduling by using Revit Structures and coordinating with other disciplines like MEP.
Project Name & Location: Centro Rotana hotel (Doha, Qatar)
This is a Hotel Building which is B3+2+1+M+g+8 floors. Area of this building is 1345 sqm. My role was to preparation of Structural Modeling, General arrangement drawings and scheduling by using Revit Structures and coordinating with other disciplines like MEP.

3) Government of Tamilnadu Highways Department.
These Projects Consists Number of Different types of Box culverts, Pipe culverts and Minor & Major Bridges along through the Road, first one is from Jalgaon to MH/GJ Border (Aprx. 200+ kms) This is for L&T Project, second one is around 300+ kms, this is for Government of Kerala project & Third one is Major Bridge which is 55m span, this is for Government of Tamilnadu Project
In these projects my role was to preparation of Culverts and Bridge general arrangement drawings and Reinforcement details by using the Highways & Designers data and co-ordination with other disciplines. It is very good experience for me because in these projects covered all kind of typical culverts & Bridges.
• Project Name & Location: Thiruvanmayur Flyover (1.5km), Chennai, India.
This is a Precast I-Girder structure. In these project my role is to develop all kind of structural general arrangement, schematic drawings, RCC details and Precast details of Flyover by using the Designer and Highways data.

Brief Description & Scope of work: • Project Name & Location: KAHRAMAA MEGA RESERVOIR (Doha),
This project is the world largest water treatment plant. The each size of the tank is 800m x 500m, for this supported some more pumping station buildings are there, like this total 6 tanks planed around the whole qatar.
In this my role was to develop the structural drawings (GA's and RC) of whole project for the Preliminary issue and communicating with structural engineers and other field engineers to make sure preparing the proper drawings. This is really very good opportunity for me to work on in this project.
And also they had been taken my assistance on developing Revit Modeling for some of Dubai building projects.

This Project is basically Water Treatment Plant. The size of the tank is 20m x 14m. It has a Composite structure, sub structure is fully In-situ and super structure is complete Steel frame.
In this project my role was to develop a 3D model by using Revit structure and after that convert in to AutoCAD for Reinforcement Detailing, also prepared BBS by using CADS RC and Co-ordination.

This Project is basically Water Treatment Plant. The size of the tank is 32m x 25m. It has a Composite structure, sub structure is fully In-situ and super structure is complete Steel frame.
In this project my role was to develop a 3D model by using Revit structure software, Reinforcement Detailing along with BBS by using CADS RC and Co-ordination.
• And also I had given my assistance to do the sum of Australian Building projects and U.A.E Building Projects in Revit Structures to the Hyder Australian & UK staff.

Brief Description & Scope of work: • Project Name & Location: CROSS RAIL WEST SURFACE (Network Rail) -BRIDGE (London)
These are the reconstructing bridges and some of New Bridges. These are approximately around 40 m Length Bridges like this 25 number of bridges are there in deferent locations.
In this I am the key member, my role is to develop the Areal plans, Structural plans, Structural sections, Elevations of Bridge and Reinforcement Detailing by using CADS RC & Reviewing the Drawings which my team had done.
BUILDINGS: • Project Name & Location: GALES HILL (London)
This project is an existing storage tank this was constructed on 70 years old (app.) . Now they are strengthe0ning the tanks. I am a main key member in this. So in this my responsibility was to prepare all kind of elements GA's, RCC Details of whole project.
• Project Name & Location: EPSOM STATION (London),
This Project is a Railway Station cum commercial complex of 7 floors.
This project is dealing with GA's of Piling Layout, Foundation Layout, All Floor Slabs, Retaining walls, Core Walls, Precast Panels and Column Elevations. And also Preparation of RC details along with BBS of all elements using CADS RC software.
• Project Name & Location: CROSSNESS STW (London),
This Project is completely Water Retaining Structure. This is basically huge Water Treatment Plant in London. It contains lot of huge size Clarifiers, and huge size of water pipe connections in between clarifiers and for the draining of water.
In this project I involved to prepare the Piling layouts, Base Slabs and Foundation GA's of Clarifiers and Water Pipes. And also Preparation of Reinforcement Details along with BBS of Foundations of Water Pipes and Clarifiers by using CADS RC.

The project is divided into zones and for each zone, I involved in Capping beams with lots of variations, Pile caps, Wall elevations, Ground beams and Crane bases. This project is one of the major projects which required huge accuracy in work.

This project is also dealing with preparation of Reinforcement detailing and schedules (BBS) . The project is divided into 5 zones and for each zone, I involved in Preparation of GA's as per the design intent and Capping beams it consists lot of variations and, Pile caps, Wall elevations, Basement slab. This project is also one of the major projects which required huge accuracy in work. The basement slab is important which has variations in the levels; it consists of folds, steps and level differences. This is a fully reinforced slab.

Brief Description & Scope of work: • Project Name & Location: KAUST BEACON (Saudi),
This Structure is a Precast Structure. It is located in King Abdulla University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. This whole structure is a group of precast elements, But the Foundation is In-situ. The each element shape is hexagonal, Pentagonal and quadrilateral. This elements are combining one by one up to the 65m height like honey combs. It is finally looking like a EIFFEL-TOWER. In this, I prepared Precast elements reinforcement details. This Precast elements are completely very irregular shapes and detailing is also very difficult. I took a challenge to do this project.
