Key Responsibilities

•Reporting to Finance Manager and leading a team of 4 members in Finance Department.
•Implementation of Accounting Systems and Process improvement.
•Costing and Profitability Analysis of different Projects, engaged by the Company
•Month end and Year end closing activities.
•Analysis of Accounts Payables and Receivables.
•Preparation of Cash flow Statement
•Preparation of LC/LTR documents for availing credit facilities from Banks
•Liaise with Internal and Statutory Auditors for conducting Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, etc.
•Monitoring of Financial Transactions related to Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
•Managing of Fixed Assets

2. Cost and

Ensuring the vendor invoices are accounted properly in the SAP system.
•Vendor accounts reconciliation
•Preparation of Accounts Payable Ageing report and submitting to Financial Controller
•Responsible for 4 Regions Payables and Expenditure Analysis and submitting to CFO
•Scrutiny and verification of different G/L Accounts to make sure that the entries are passed correctly.
•Ensuring of Passing of Accrual entries in SAP as part of month end and year end activity.
•Clearing of different G/L Accounts in SAP periodically.
•Attending of the monthly meeting with the CFO for identifying gaps in various processes and the scope for continuous improvement.
•Liaise with Internal and Statutory Auditors for conducting Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, etc

Preparation of Accounts Payables and Receivables schedule
•Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts.
•Vendor Ageing Reports and other MIS Reports

Recording of journal entries on daily basis
•Bank Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts on timely basis
•Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and submitting to Statutory Auditor

6. Accontant in Prabhakaran & Co., Tax Consultants

Recording of journal entries on daily basis for different clients
•Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for different clients
•Preparation of Cash Flow Statement Projected Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
