- Gathering and understanding of business requirements, communicate expectations to multi-functional development teams and document data findings
- Assembling, analyzing, and evaluating data and driving appropriate recommendations and decisions to the business partners and the project team
- Serving as the first point-of-contact for all data discussions with stake holders and business SME’s
- Drive conversations and solicits answers for the team by connecting with relevant stakeholders across the regions
- Partnering with data modelers, data architect, and multi-functional teams, both on site and off-shore to define data requirements
- Ensuring data ingestion, curation, accuracy and usability is sufficient to meet the needs of regional business partners at all levels
- Clearly mention the inclusion and exclusion rules for data migration from source system to the digital core enterprise data lake (EDL)
- Execute the UAT along with the business stakeholders and obtain the required sign offs

- Gathering critical information from meeting with business stakeholders to produce meaningful insights
- Evaluating business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and development and implementing solutions
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Leading ongoing reviews of business process and developing optimization strategy
- Writing of user stories with agreed acceptance criteria for the developers
- Designing of wireframes and mockups based on the client requirements
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
