Role:
Overall responsibility to develop & manage an integrated road network & warehouse operation to support global
customers based within Jebel Ali free-zone and form an agile organisation with engage teams that supported
company’s business plans. Develop and deploy complete QMS system for warehouse operations that support service
delivery of highest standard. Deploy programs (boot camps, team building events, basic skill training sessions) to
significantly increase staff engagement thereby productivity.
Attainments:
Re-organised department structure that facilitated growth and focus on business (Road freight, express courier
and Air freight) by reducing and simplifying processes.
Seamlessly Integrated depot operations with road network operations to enhance business requirements of
major customers (Volvo, Daimler & B&D).
Successfully formulated and deployed ISO 9001, ISO14001, TAPA and H&S compliant operational processes &
work instructions to significantly improved customer experience (reduction in damages, improved connectivity
& compliant documentation management).
Improved warehouse capacity utilisation & speed of processing within the warehouse to increase despatch of
goods via road network from 10-14 movements to approx. 28-35 movements a day.

Provide strategic yield management support for commercial teams across 90 countries in formulating profitable
pricing tariffs for the full range of products and value-added services.
Project manage regional pricing & yield management programs and system deployments.
Conduct annual activity-based costing reviews for within key markets to formulate pricing strategies. Review
and approve line haul cost allocations based on commercial viability.
Attainments:
Project managed deployment of Costing and Pricing management systems and training across Middle East area.
Provided strategic yield management support for commercial teams across 90 countries in formulating profitable
pricing tariffs that contributed Euro 75m annually. Project managed value-added service project that contributed
Euro 1.2m annually across the region.

Responsible for management of a fleet in excess of 120 vehicles and operations of domestic
