Approve any delays in depositing cheques.

Regular surprise cash counts and update the log.

Daily review of cheques bounced, if any and prompts reporting of the same to the management.

Review and suggest risk management techniques through insurance e.t.c

Prepare annual leave plan for the staff of the department.

Nominate staff for promotion and pay raise.

Recommend staff for trainings.
