For the period I worked as Engineering Manager in a Qatar Petroleum Port at Mesaieed as the Contract Holder for my company Milaha .
Spearheaded the Maintenance department in the Terminal heading involving Preventive and Break Down maintenance of
Container Terminal at BPS - Mumbai Port
▪ Involved in planning & scheduling for effective preventive and breakdown maintenance schedule for enhancing systems,
monitoring equipment Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), manpower allocation & control and budgeting & planning
▪ Handled Cranes involving Crane Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Hydraulics, aspects at BPS (Mumbai Port)
▪ Successfully planned and installed an additional Cable Reel Drum to tap power from the Cranes 1000 KVA Transformer L.T.

o This led to reduction in office monthly electricity costs by one third of the original monthly bill
▪ Led the generation of Monthly Equipment Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), created & implemented Inventory & Non-
Inventory Spare Parts Codification scheme while handling an entirely outsourced Maintenance team for the activities
▪ Was involved in new Offshore Container Terminal (OCT) project, the role entailing estimation of complete Terminal
Equipment and auxiliary Units power load survey
▪ Prepared specifications for procurement for the entire equipment from time to time
