Working as EHSSQ support for Horizon Emirates Terminals Limited (ENOC Group) and currently based at HEJP-Falcon Terminal monitoring and managing the HSE department of Jet Fuel Process Terminal supplying fuel to Dubai Airport.
Representing ENOC Project Management as Subject Matter Expert - Construction Safety for ENOC Refinery Expansion (1BN$) Project - Process Units, being conducted by Main Contractor EPC - Technip FMC & their subcontractors at Jabelali Free Zone area. Overlooked major shutdown with over 400 process line tie ins within zone 1-2 classified areas.
Managing the EHS Department of the Company as a top management member with more than 25 subordinates reporting as EHS Engineer's, EHS Officer's & EHS Inspector's across various project locations and workshops. Management Representative for implementation of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 standards.
Project Safety Officer at ENOC
Worked as Project EHS Officer for construction of Above ground storage oil tanks, related piping, civil, vessel erections, E&I works etc ensuring EHS compliance for activities performed by Contractors, Subcontractors and external agencies
involved in the project:
1. ENOC Fujairah Distribution & Trading Terminal Fujairah (Presently ENOC Horizon Terminal, Fujairah)
2. Fujairah Oil Terminal Project Fujairah.
3. ENOC Lubricants & Grease Manufacturing Plant Expansion Projects Phase II & III.
4. ENOC Lubricants Coolant, Brake Fluid & Turbine Facility Project.
5. Overseing Project activities done by ALSA Eng. inside Port of Fujairah for ECOMAR Project.
6.Marine Jetty Line Extension Project at Hazard Zone classified area inside Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminals, Port Of Fujairah.
7.Worked with EPPCO Aviation as Project EHS Officer for projects at Joint Industry Fuel Farm(JIFF), Dubai International Airport.
Additional Experience:
Indian Naval Sailor with 15 Years of meritorious service in the Indian Defence Forces whereby trained in Occupational Health & Safety, Security and Operational logistics on board Indian Naval Warships and Establishments.
UK Graduation Level Qualification. Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level-6 in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. Scottish Credit & Qualification Framework (SCQF) Level -10
Level 3 UK Qualification.
All India Senior School Certificate Examination 10+2 Central Board Exam.
