Manage projects through the full life-cycle ( Requirement analysis,
Feasibility Study, Design, Testing, Implementation & Maintenance )
To launch Software Solution in client sites
Afford Software Technical assistance, Training & Product demonstration.
Planning technical activities, tasking the team, leading technical delivery
periodically.
To accomplish application fixes in client stations.
Document and report application defects to Development team.
Assist Quality assurance team in validating bug fixes and patches.
Provide regular reports to Senior management team & contribute to new version
development.
Engineer Customer service in IT Infrastructure Management services Division
Role responsibilities:
Support services to IT helpdesk department Goa.
To assist Server monitoring and maintenance for Infosys project.
