Overall responsible for the development of Infrastructure development on 246 acres of land which includes Road Works 3.5 Km, Bridges, Water Treatment Plants, Under Ground Sumps, 33/11 KV Substations, Gateways with a dedicated Project team. The Project has been concept designed by B+H Architects, Canada.
Aster Med City, Kochi-Responsible for managing the Project from inception till handover, with a dedicated team of engineers, including Client and consultants co-ordination. Set in a soothingly beautiful 40 acre water front Campus, Aster Medcity a 670 bed quaternary care facility with one Multispeciality Hospital and eight dedicated Centres of Excellence designed by HKS Architects USA.

• Successful in the completion of Al Moosa Towers, G+M+6P+36TYP+HC+HPcommercial/ residential building with a project value of $85 million including parking garage and with combined footprint of 853, 675 sq ft.
• Successful in completion of projects G+4P+24TYP+ HC+SP+HP. within the scheduled time and budget.
• Managed the project master schedule and ensured projects met timeline and construction specifications
Project Highlights:
• Played a key role in supervision and completion of Arenco Towers-244m height, 46 storied multimillion-dollar commercial buildings.
• Oversaw the construction of Hotels-4 Point Sheraton-G+M+6P+28 TYP floors, Hilton Dubai G+M+4P+15TYP floor, 100-125 high end villa projects in varying phases of construction. Successfully completed on time and within budget. Managed the project master schedule and ensured projects met timeline and construction specifications.
Successfully completed B+G+M+15 storied, Shopping cum residential/commercial building within the scheduled time and budget.
Project: Rehabilitation &Upgrading of Surat-Manor Toll way Project (Package II) NH8, Ispat Integrated Steel Plant, Ispat Power plant, Indo-Rama Cements at Maharashtra India.
