Major duties include IT Management, Network Management, IT Purchase, Implementation.
Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures.

• Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services for the group company
• Producing reports for general manager.

• Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
• Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults.
• Providing technical support via help desk systems for a wide range of internal & external applications.
• Managing and handling all IT team including engineers and technicians
• IT Auditing
• Developing necessary applications as per requirement from top management
• Updating and monitoring IT accounts related to all business subsidiaries.
• Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
• Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
• Working on Active Directory accounts, configuration of laptops.
• Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.

Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products

Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Sourcing and developing client relationships.
