Heading all responsibilities of a unit including PPC, QA, Maint., Stores & Inventory Control, Desp, Marketing, Purchase, etc.
Managing all operatioins & functions of a plant to run it smooth & make it as a profit center
Managing all activites of a plant including production planning & scheduling as per master plan. coordinate with the sales 7 marketing team for forecasting of plans & according to that plan coordinate with purchase team to arrange the RM PM to complete the delivery on time.
Managing all activities of a plant including Production Planning & control, QA, local purchase activities etc.
Managing all shop floor including production planning & control alongwith manpower allocations on machines with min. manpower get highest output..
Also giving technical support to production peoples.
Worked as a Junior engineer in production .
