• To keep & maintain the store clean & neat
• To ensure that shop fittings are maintained properly
• To check the stock on a daily basis to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
• To keep featured merchandise prominently displayed
• Handling cash related works like cashiering, issuing credit notes etc
• Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the stores
• Direct customer throughout the stores or specific areas
• Satisfy the customer’s needs, requests & queries
• Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store
• Understand the return policy
• Maintain a positive & cheerful attitude and cooperate with colleagues
• To understand how to use and utilize the reports
• To use the correct procedures & basics in ordering, transferring of goods
• To practice proactive in safety consciousness at all times
• To practice security measures that help prevent theft
• Understand the policy of the lost & found procedures
• To Report to work on time or to notify in advance if absent or late
