The Project SOW with IBM Global for Server's, system and network maintaining and achieving the target of customer satisfaction. SYSTEM (NOS) UPGRADTION --Domain/user migration and configuration from Windows 2000 to windows 2003 sever.
Responsibilities include: Service review and daily reporting to senior management (IBM/TATASTEEL). Leading technical team of 20 system engineer and administrators.
Server Consolidation and domain migration, Implementation/Trouble shooting of Windows2003/2000 Server & NT 4.0 Server.
