o Enhancing the total wellness of the employees through Counseling and welfare initiatives.
o Develops and provide comprehensive social and welfare services, including counseling and
coaching to employees.
o Providing professional counseling support and stress management to Employees, thereby
improving their functioning ability
o Welfare policy formulation. (Instrumental in creating an emergency exit procedure document)
o Effective implementation of COVID -19 protocols/best practices and initiatives

o Providing pro-active measures to avoid untoward incidents at workplace due to stress or

o Liaising with various Embassy’s and to maintain cordial relations (National day celebration for
cultural diversity etc.)

o Conducting training sessions /awareness sessions to managers and supervisors on mental
health/depression
o Conducting awareness sessions on Prevention of bullying, harassment and violence at workplace.
o Considering the impact of COVID19 on employees, I was instrumental in setting up a COVID CALL
CENTRE and we were able to support many of our employees. Info sharing/best practices and
managing fear among workers (Total management)
o Mentoring Youths from Palestine Education For Employment ( US based NGO : Education For employment )

provider)
V Providing necessary legal information related to marital law and Law related to prevention of
sexual exploitation and harassment at workplace (Member of Internal complaint committee-quasi
judicial forum to handle prevention of sexual harassment at workplace. (POSH)

V Providing documentation of all activities regarding consulting social service & employee assistance
