I managed to finally complete that journey at the beginning of 2015 with a BA in the study of Sociology & Anthropology. The experience was one of eye opening insight and knowledge regarding the way people manage themselves in groups and units throughout various cultures and societies. It has provided me with a sense of foresight into the possible actions and reactions to be expected from certain social groups when a new element has been introduced into their environment. I carry this foresight with me in whatever work environment I find myself in now in order to provide it to peers who may have not realized it before. I do this to hopefully improve their decision making processes through awareness of social norms and values that may be imperative for the continual growth of the organization.
