During my work time, I've been coordinating the inventory movement and making orders from the vendor, as well as supporting and directing the account managers for their field visits, furthermore, developing strategies to enhance the product sales with the needed reports for the management. In addition, I have been organizing and managing the event's plans and timeline, and creating and developing new sales channels. Also I have the ability to manage the social media pages and company website.
I have expanded my inventory movement skills, and my follow up skills. As well as, maximize the full support to the direct sales team on their daily, weekly and monthly operations. Re-engineering the handset’s ordering processes to minimize the SLA. Provide the management with the needed reports.
Holding the responsibility of coordinating the inventory movement in every field, and ensure to follow up with existing and prospective customers in timely manner. As well as, I was responsible to give the
full support to the direct sales team on their daily, weekly and monthly operations.
In the Customer Service Department: I learned how to give credit and open accounts and what information is required to be submitted when the client opens an account with the bank.
Check department: I learned good information about the kinds of checks and what are the aspects of checks.
Management and loans department, which qualify me how to study the client’s situation and collecting information about the client and how to collaborate with my colleague as a team work .
