Additionally, I played a key role in establishing the Technology Alliance, India Team for FOSS, Commercial, and Export Compliance. I have actively contributed to building procurement processes and policies tailored to the region, enhancing transparency for all stakeholders, improving eficiency, and incorporating automation. A notable achievement includes reducing processing and communication times by introducing a new communication channel to the application.
• In my leadership capacity, I manage and motivate teams of functional leaders, fostering their growth and performance, pushing boundaries to achieve success.
• I have successfully achieved cost reductions for the organization by optimizing software licenses and preventing over-limit usage.
