• Full compliance of Company and Client’s safety program on the project.
• To attend the daily Const. meeting & weekly HSE coordination meeting with client.
• Ensure full compliance of company and clients safety program on the project
• Assist and support HSE Manager/Project Manager in organizing and executing HSE Programs and all safety centered assignments.
• Weekly HSE Coordination meeting & subsequently Preparing MOM.
• To provide support and guidance, as required, to line management, in regards to best practice so that HSE is incorporated in day to day operations of the business unit
• Carrying out risk assessments of machinery and jobs within the boundaries of assigned fields.
• Implement the company / client’s HSE policies and procedures.
• Develop, coordinate and supervise the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive occupational health and safety program designed to prevent injury, occupational illness and damage to property.
• Carry out frequent site inspections for continuous safety improvement.
• To achieve company HSE Department’s Goal/ Target/ Aim i.e. incident free environment / ZERO LTI/LTA.

• Accident / incident/ Near miss investigation and subsequently prepare the final report.
• Tool box talk regular basis or/and specific TBT/ STARRT as necessary.
• Reporting serious HSE issues to the inline manger.
• Develop & deliver the in house HSE awareness training.
• Routine checks on specific jobs/ equipments/ machinery etc.
• Ensure that the people are following safety procedures on job.
• To maintain all the safety data according to the HSE Management System
• Provide safety alert (After the Incident) to the workforce means of communication TBT, Safety bulletin, News Letters, Pictograph etc in order to prevent reoccurrence.
• Liaise with on site contractors to ensure their compliance with Company safety regulations and adherence to safety standards, including basic safety induction training.
• Assisting with the preparation of emergency response plans, procedures and drills.
• Providing advice to operators and supervisors on safety matters.
• Supervises, organizes, and coordinates safety activities for projects, covering safety inspections, incident reporting, safety training, and dissemination of safety information and updating procedures

• To aware workers about Safety hazard of work place/ control measure.
• To provide training the staff in relevant HSE topics, Tool Box Talk, safety Induction, Working at Height, Scaffolding, Confined Space, excavation, vehicle inspection, Road Driving and Basic Fire Fighting
• On site, carrying out and implementing Safety Plans and Recommendations that abide to ensure safety aspects for other employees and users.
• Recommend about any current problems that can be a cause of dangerous condition or other "areas for improvement" that added safety or ergonomics valuable practice that support operating effectiveness.
• Report or feedback about any inconsistency appeared throughout employees or working areas and provide with suitable solutions in according. Etc.
