• Managing the operations function for the company

• Itinerary planning and issuance of quotations
- Responsible for selling of Fixed or tailor made Departure holiday packages, FIT packages and GIT packages for group of families.
- Designing itinerary for long haul and Short Haul destinations.
- Hotel bookings, Airline Bookings and Land package bookings through online Systems and suppliers.
- Responsible for coordinating travel - in this regard taking care of any special requests and VIP travel needs
- Handling cooperate inquires FIT and GIT packages
*Chosen to be responsible for the largest cooperate account of SNTTA travels
*Recognition for highest revenue generator in the team
*Preferred person chosen to assist VVIP & VIP clients
- Responsibleor tailor made package tours for individuals, groups and incentive tours
- Coordinating of Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Cosmos coach tours.
- Star cruises ( Virgo, Libra, Aquarius ) and
Princess cruises ( Caribbean & Alaskan)
- Obtaining visas from Embassies & Consulates not represented in Sri Lanka, through overseas agents.
- Reservations and ticketing related to individual and group travel
- Preparation of itineraries and quotations
- Hotel reservation and related logistics
- Assistance in obtaining required visas for clients, coordinating with Embassies
- Completion of computerized Exchange Orders
