Objectives :
To guide the business into the future with planned growth ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets are met and lead to the achievement of overall Company Goals.
Mandate: To professionalise the Co, with policies, procedures and controls in order to prepare the Co for the future and ensure long term viability. Formulate the Vision & long term strategy for growth.
Responsible to the Board of Directors of the Co and accountable for achievement of profits, cash and ROCE targets and the development and implementation of organic and acquisitive growth strategies.
General & Operations Management, Profit & Loss Management, Team Building & Leadership, Sales & Marketing Leadership, Revenue & Profit Growth, Brand Development & Management,
Corporate Vision & Strategic Planning, Customer Service & Satisfaction, Global Sourcing & Procurement, Continuous Process Improvement, Change Management Merchandising /Advertising Strategies, Strategic Planning & Partnerships.
Key Deliverables:
Revenue growth, P and L performance, ROI, budget preparation, identifying operational gaps and opportunities, quality of service including client satisfaction and margin capture and develop, implement and ensure compliance of SOPs. Plan for & manage change, measure the effectiveness of staff training & development programs, coach direct reports & identify & develop HR strategies. Establish and accomplish enterprise Objectives by researching opportunities and problems; Conceptualising, Implementing & Monitoring strategies; Maintaining PR with Government, Public & Customers; Building employee commitment, evaluating service results.
