Lead Pre-sales, Technical sales and Application Engineering as ‘Proposal Manager cum Solution Architect’ for GE Power Services- MENAT Region with deriving pre-sales solutions and driving technical sales with Strategy and Analyis filled by complete Techno-commercial Proposal Integration for rehabilitation, renovation, modernization, upgrade, performance & efficiency improvement, output increase, reliability & availability improvements/studies, multi- year service agreements (LTSA, CSA) for existing & old conventional fossil fired thermal power plants ((Coal, Oil, Gas fired), Co-Gen Desal/water treatment plants and Concentrated Solar (CSP) Power Plants

Lead & managed entire super-critical Turbine-Island project execution of worth about M$350 (coal fired
3x660 MW power plant) for GE Power-India (legacy Alstom Power) with entire project execution
responsibility (Technical & commercial), profit & loss accountability of the project with engineering, site
execution, HSE, procurement & delivering the project with due Customer focus, within time, budget and
cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margins.

a) Lead complete technical bids & proposal submission for new coal fired super-critical power plants
(BTG & EPC) and Solar Plants (roof-top based) including initiating, organizing, planning, mobilizing,
scheduling, optimizing, budgeting, staffing, equipment & packages costing, engineering
management, procurement management, Risk Management, board approval with clear objective of
winnability and customer satisfaction & retentions.
b) Development of Industrial scale Solar PV plants (roof-tops based, 24-MW) with full system &
component designing, procurement & installation

Senior system engineer in BHEL - Project Engineering Management (PEM) Division (Noida -India) with delivering on complete system & process engineering, designing, calculation and integration of coal fired Thermal power plants cycles including integration of all aspect of power plants i.e. Boiler, Turbine, Generator & balance of plants (BoP) (Steam & Water cycle, Rankine Cycle)
b) Nuclear power plants secondary cycle design with associated activities of equipment/packages engineering, selection & procurement of equipment of water-steam cycle
c) Commissioning supervision of new-build coal fired power plants.
