PROJECT PROFILE: Spearheaded the EPC Contract for Gas treatment facility (“GTF”) Phase 3 having project value 500 Million USD promoted by Zhaikmunai LLP. The facility was designed to process raw gas from gas condensate reservoirs into three separate products - Stabilized Condensate, LPG and Sales Sweet Gas. This facility will add 2.5 billion cubic meters of additional Raw Gas processing capacity to the existing Gas Treatment Facility phase 1&2, bringing the combined capacity to 4.2 billion cubic meters per annum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of technical and commercial bid at tendering stage and lead the team during negotiations till signing of contract.
• Overall responsible for Project Management and Profit/loss of the Project.
• Evaluated strategic decisions and directing Project Managers to implement for completing project on time and within budget.
• Acted as single point of contact with Client, Subcontractor, Suppliers and Vendors.
• Dealt with local authorities to receive local permits for any construction activities
• Developed teams with multi-cultural nationals to ensure motivated team environment for successful completion of Project.
• Administered change management and claims for additional scope of works
• Managed cross-functional interfaces within engineering deliverable development, procurement - materials & sub-contracts and construction & commissioning in particular EPC / LSTK projects.
• Implemented Project quality and HSE requirements and adhere to zero incident policy on project.
• Monitored the progress on regular basis and conducted regular meetings with team.

1. PROJECT PROFILE: (January 2008 to May 2009) - USD 126 Million EPC project for Fully automated rail Oil Loading Terminal, 120Km Crude Oil and Stabilized condensate Pipeline between Chinarevskoye oil field and Rail Terminal Uralsk, Kazakhstan.

2. PROJECT PROFILE: (June 2009 to June 2011) - USD 286 Million EPC project for The Gas Treatment Facility (GTF) which allows Zhaikmunai to treat gas condensate from its wells as well as associated gas from its Oil Treatment Unit (OTU) into a mix of new products i.e. stabilised condensate, LPG and dry gas. The GTF is composed of two gas treatment trains (“Train 1” and “Train 2”), each with a capacity of 850 mmcm per year.

3. PROJECT PROFILE: (July 2011 to May 2012) - USD 316 Million EPC contract for Caspian Petroleum Consortium Expansion project which included 80km oil product pipeline, 2 New pumping stations and modernization / expansion of 2 existing pumping stations, Kazakhstan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and lead a high-performing project team that includes the project members, other functions, external partners, vendors, equipment vendors, and possibly, customer representatives. Motivate the team members involved in the project to complete the project on time and within the budget.
• Oversee project staff in improving work plans; reviews and approves schedules, budgets, project milestone dates, and work products.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Successfully handed over projects within stipulated schedule with more than 10% budgeted margins and client satisfaction.
• Convinced Client for Approx. 50 million USD additional claim.
• Achieved 10 Million Manhours without LTI

PROJECT PROFILE: Construction of Inter-Refinery Pipeline project for TAKREER at Abu Dhabi of value USD 400 million.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall in-charge for Abu Dhabi refinery, MAQTA intermediate station, Abu Dhabi Airport expansion / modification EPC scope of works.

 Period : Feb 2004 to Feb 2006 (Value USD 56 Million)
Project: Large and Small Bore Pipeline Project, (SGI and SGP - TCO), including construction of Pipelines and flow lines from 2” to 24”, 408km Piping fabrication, erection and HIGH PRESSURE THICK WALLED INJECTION PIPING WORK, Equipment erection in Tengiz Oil Field, Kazakhstan.

 Period: August 2002 to Jan 2004 (USD 10 Million)
Project: EPC Project for Dukhan Infrastructure Facilities, Qatar

 Period: Feb 2001 to July 2002 (USD 24 Million)
Project: 5 MMTPA LNG Storage Terminal and Port Development project for Shell, Hazira, India

 Period: May 1999 to Jan 2001 (USD 100 Million)
Project: DABHOL Enron LNG Storage and Re-gasification Terminal for ENRON, Dabhol, India. Project Included 80 meter dia. And 40.5 Meter height, 3 Numbers LNG tanks with all process and control facilities and other ancillary units.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Successfully and safely hydrotesting of high pressure sour gas injection line of 10”dia, 62mm thick, 70 m Next Generation gathering System (NGGS), at a pressure of 1035 bar for Tengizchevroil in Kazaksthan.
• Awarded the recognition by Tengizchevroil (TCO) management for achieving 8.5 Million safe manhours without LTI.

6 Projects in Refineries, Petrochemical Plant and Infrastructure at different levels with clients like Indian Oil Corporation of India Panipat Refinery, Gas Authority of India Limited and National highway authority of India.
