• Providing support for OPERA and troubleshooting (Oracle Database)
• Installation, Configuration and User Training for the above Software’s.
• Support for OPERA (Property Management Systems and Sales & Catering)
• Providing 24/7 online support for the above Software’s.
• Configuring the Software, Creating stationeries as per Properties.
• Be familiar with and adhere to the latest configuration, installation, training and support standards and procedures.
• Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls in Clarify.
• Responsible in conjunction with the local product team for local quality assurance of new products and version releases prior to distribution in the region.
• Ensure familiarity with the new releases as they become available.
• Assist in configuring, installing, training and supporting the OPERA product and associated interfaces for selected strategic projects when required.
• Liaise with subject matter experts in the regional office on client requests for enhancements and development.
• Work with the customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.
• Work with a wide variety of cultures and to work overtime and on holidays as requested.
