• Creating tender, IFC & shop drawings for Infrastructure Project
• Preparing:
o Potable, Sewerage, Irrigation & Drainage Pipeline Layouts as per utility reservation area
o All utilities profile levels, manhole placing coordination, house connection, sectional & crossing duct details
o All cable layouts, standard detail, substation & panel board details, load calculation schedule and house connection details for medium & low voltage, telecom and street light lines
o All architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical & firefighting detail shop drawings for pump station, factory & residential buildings
o Layout, cross-section & detailed setting out drawings for roads
o Layout, section detail, setting out & material finishes for landscape & hardscape
o All service utilities, electrical, roads, landscape & hardscape as-built drawings as per final approved WIR (Work Inspection Report)
o Co-ordination drawings with different services
Role:
• Liaised with engineers and supervisor to ensure that work had been performed as per the drafted plan
• Created initial sketches by conferring with architects & clients as per their concepts & requirements
• Visited the work site for measurements and planned the architecture design
• Assisted Senior Drafter in planning & designing works
• Worked in CAD & Sketch-up with Vray render to visualize interior & exterior of Commercial, Residential & Educational Buildings
