• Preparation of Architectural drawings as required by Local Authorities and Client;.
• Preparation of As-Built Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Interior Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manual;
• Assisting my team leader to identify the needs of Western World, while working in India remotely; and
• Business Development and Bidding for various Fit-Out Projects in India.

• Preparation of Detailed drawings for overseas Clients;
• Visualizing, the images for 3D images;

• Involved in various types of interior works including cladding, joinery, bath fit-outs, reception fit-outs, light fit-outs and etc.;
• Preparation of estimates, costing for the contract; and
