•Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative aspect

•Worked as a customer service role, engaging with potential clients either in person or over the phone.
•Recommending clients to useful financial services or answering bank-related inquiries.
•Should meet the monthly sales target
•Developing the lead calls of customers
•Conforming direct appointments to various clients through phone calls and meeting them directly to explain the new account schemes
•Detail and process-orientated and always ensuring the right tasks are done by the right people at the right time.
•Can negotiate efficiently and able to manage people’s expectations in any high pressure sales environment.
